Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) – Centre for Education and Consciousness (ITA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of education programs focused on Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), foundational learning, and school improvement initiatives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in managing education or development programs, preferably donor-funded.
  • Strong knowledge of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), foundational learning, teacher professional development, project management, stakeholder coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing education projects, including school rehabilitation and teacher capacity-building, will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, report writing, and team management skills.
