Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in English Language or any related field (Master’s Degree is preferred)
- Teaching Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verified teaching experience
- Administrative Experience: Extensive experience interacting, coordinating, and liaising with public schools and government entities in Oman
- Preferred Certifications: Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the implementation of technical and vocational education programs across participating schools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between OTC leadership, ministry officials, and school administrations.
- Ensure program alignment with educational standards and government regulations.
- Monitor project milestones, prepare comprehensive progress reports, and streamline operational workflows.
