Key Accountabilities:

• Developing an evaluation plan
• Designing and implementing training programs
• Orientation and orientation programs
• Planning sales representative segmentation by product category
• Improving sales performance
• Promotional and distribution initiatives
• Developing the strategy
• Developing managerial skills

Job Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor in Business Administration
• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector
• Experience in training
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent presentation skills
• A Saudi driver’s license is preferred
• Residence in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Saudi nationality is preferred
• Age not exceeding 40 years is preferred
• Knowledge of regulations is preferred
