Job Description

Role Statement

  • The Sales Coordinator provides vital support to the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, maintaining accurate documentation, managing the sales pipeline, and assisting with client communications. The role ensures smooth execution of sales operations, timely delivery of proposals, and seamless coordination between internal teams.
  • This position is essential in supporting business development efforts, enhancing client satisfaction, and enabling the Sales Executives/Managers to focus on strategic activities.

 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for:

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales plans and supporting activities for the Coordination Department.
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives to track sales targets, opportunities, and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure the sales pipeline is updated regularly with accurate and complete information.

Client Relationship Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key clients by providing documentation, updates, and post‑sales support.
  • Support in identifying opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell services to existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention.
  • Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and organizing client meetings, presentations, and internal review sessions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support.
