Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day operations of the VIP foor ensuring execptional patient care and guest satisfication.
- Lead, motivate and manage staff to maintain high performance and professionisim.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain records, report and assist in strategic planning to enhace VIP Services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experince in hospital operations or floor management.
- Strong leadership, communation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems.
