Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to provide end-user technical support and ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, installing and configuring computer systems, maintaining IT assets and providing timely technical assistance to users. The role requires hands-on experience with desktop support, networking, system administration and IT security best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or DAE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, computer hardware, printers, and network connectivity issues.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Libre & Microsoft Office, Next Cloud, ERP, Active Directory, antivirus solutions, and basic network security.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and customer service skills.
