Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven Area JA Sales MAnager-AGM Business to lead sales growth across the Southern Region. This role is responsible for expanding AGM construction piping solutions through distributor partnerships and project-based sales opportunities. The successful candidate will represent a strong portfolio of PVC, UPVC, CPVC and PPR pipes and fitting, serving contractors, distributors and construction stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develp, manage and strengthen distributor relationships as well as identify, qualify and pursue project-based sales opportunities with contractos, consultants, developers and construction stakeholders.
- Achieve assighned regional sales targets, collection objectives and KPIs. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, customer reports, competitor insights, and regional performance summaries.
- Promote AGM piping solutions, including PVC, UPVC, CPVC and PPR pipes and fittings by highlighting product reliability, availabilitu and application value.
- Conduct market mapping to identify active distributors, project pipelines, contractors, competitors, pricing trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics, technical, marketing, planning and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support.
- Support prodct approvals, technical discussions, client meedting, and commercial negotiations for stategice projet opportunities.
Requiement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales Experinces, preferably in construction materials, pipes fittings, plumbing systems or building solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Southern Region Market, including Khamis Mushait, Abha, Jazan, Najran with a Proven Track record in key account management and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
