Job Description

Are you passionate about client relationship management and fleet operations? We are looking for a Client Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional fleet management services while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with key client accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and service requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fleet operations and timely service delivery.
Oversee the complete vehicle lifecycle, including allocation, maintenance, replacement, and disposal.
Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Resolve client concerns efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports, fleet performance updates, and utilization analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and client retention.
Support contract renewals, service enhancements, and business development initiatives.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and prompt resolution of billing queries.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Client Management, Account Management, Fleet Operations, or Customer Service.
✔ Experience in the Fleet Management, Leasing, Automotive, or Logistics industry will be an advantage.
✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications
