E-Commerce Operations Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain E-commerce inventory on shopify and coordinate stock availability with SCM team.
2. Process, verify and monitor all E-commerce customer orders receipt to dispatch.
3. Coordinate order picking, packing, dispatch and courier booking to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Prepare daily sales and order reports and coordinate with SAP team for consolidate delivery challan.
5. Maintain warehouse inventory for E-commerce and MT channels through stock reconciliation.
6. Coordinate with customer for order confirmation and resolve order related queries.
7. Support the Hod of E-commerce and MT day to day operations, reporting and order coordination.
