Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team while managing daily maintenance operations.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation systems to minimize downtime.
- Manage production equipment, plant utilities, and critical spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, K3, and environmental standards, and prepare maintenance performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, PLC troubleshooting, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising and developing maintenance teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively in English.
