Supervisor – Maintenance

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team while managing daily maintenance operations.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Manage production equipment, plant utilities, and critical spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, K3, and environmental standards, and prepare maintenance performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, PLC troubleshooting, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively in English.
