Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor and inspect machines regularly.
  • Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Manage the inventory of critical spare parts.
  • Create and update technical documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement Safety, Quality, 6S, and Continuous Improvement standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in maintenance/manufacturing.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in mechanical systems (gear, pneumatic, etc.).
  • Experience in autonomous and preventive maintenance troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
