Senior Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱 – 𝗢𝗶𝗹 & 𝗚𝗮𝘀 / 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 (𝗞𝗦𝗔)

Reporting To: Lead QC / Section Head | Subordinates: N/A

J𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Assist in planning and implementation of QA/QC systems (ISO 9001:2015).
• Prepare and review inspection and test documentation.
• Arrange 3rd party NDT activities.
• Witness WQT / PQR activities and prepare reports.
• Monitor static equipment repair procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco, SABIC, and client requirements.
• Review QC reports including Hydrotest and NDT documentation.
• Participate in audits and client meetings.
• Ensure timely project quality delivery.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–8 years QC experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, BSI codes. NDT Level II (4 methods).
• CSWIP 3.1 / AWS preferred. API 510 / 570 preferred.

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:

Only Oil & Gas / Petrochemical experienced candidates will be considered.
Candidates must have relevant inspection / NDT experience. Gulf experience will be an added advantage
