Job Description

SymuFolk is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with expertise in dbt, SQL, data
modeling, and cloud data platforms to build scalable ELT pipelines and optimize
modern data solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain ELT pipelines using dbt.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.
  • Create incremental models, snapshots, and data quality tests.
  • Design Kimball/Data Vault models.
  • Work with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS,
    or GCP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow Git/CI/CD
    best practices.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of Data Engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in dbt Core/Cloud and advanced SQL.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses and modern data
    stack.
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and data modeling.
  • Spark/PySpark and Airflow experience is a plus

 

Location: Lahore (On-site, Full-time)
Experience Required: 4–6 Years
