Required Experience:

  •  5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
  •  Experience managing projects from planning through closeout
  •  Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  •  Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  •  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

  •  Healthcare construction projects
  •  K-12 or Higher Education construction projects
  •  Construction Management-at-Risk (CMaR) project delivery

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
  • Monitor project quality, costs, and timelines
  • Lead project meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Resolve project risks, delays, and field issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
