Job Description

Key Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of motor salvage operations.
• Ensure maximum recovery value while maintaining efficiency and strict compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle salvage cases, auction planning and execution, retrieval, and yard management.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline (LLB preferred).
• Minimum 03 years of experience in motor fleet recovery, preferably in the insurance industry.

Required Skills

• Experience in auction and motor fleet recovery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, report writing, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
