Job Description

Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician for fire protection, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of fire protection systems to uphold safety standards and prevent potential hazards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, fire sprinklers, and extinguishers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as testing, cleaning, and replacing parts of fire protection equipment.
  • Keep detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and any repairs made to fire protection systems.
  • Respond promptly to any issues or alarms related to the fire protection systems and troubleshoot problems effectively.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and address any identified issues in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with a focus on fire protection systems.
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair fire protection equipment effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues effectively.

Skill Description

  • In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations and codes.
  • Ability to perform and coordinate maintenance activities for fire protection systems.
  • Experience in conducting inspections and tests on fire protection systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues with fire protection systems, including. maintenance of pumps and fire alarm control panel issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in documenting maintenance activities and keeping accurate records.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Adaptability to handle emergency situations and make quick decisions in critical scenarios.
  • Ability to respond to emergency visits all across Saudi Arabia according to client location.
