CCTV SURVEILLANCE OFFICER
Job Description
Bilal Switchgear Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Surveillance Officer to join our Security Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and property, and promptly reporting any suspicious activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor live CCTV footage and surveillance systems continuously.
- Monitor and document factory operations during night shifts and report daily report by 10:30 AM.
- Detect and report suspicious or unauthorized activities and unusual/abnormal events from security cameras.
- Maintain surveillance logs and prepare incident reports.
- Record footage access to authorized personnel only and maintain access logs.
- Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and coordinate with the IT department for any technical issues.
- Review and share recorded footage when required for investigations.
- Maintain 15-day backup retention of all surveillance data in compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance data and restrict its use to authorized persons only.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring or security surveillance.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance software.
- Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and able to respond promptly during emergencies.
