Job Responsibilities
- Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and inspect machines regularly.
- Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage the inventory of critical spare parts.
- Create and update technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Implement Safety, Quality, 6S, and Continuous Improvement standards.
Requirements
- Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in maintenance/manufacturing.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in mechanical systems (gear, pneumatic, etc.).
- Experience in autonomous and preventive maintenance troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
