Learning & Development Specialist

Job Description

Requirements:

•  6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Organizational Development
•  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
•  Strong experience in behavioral & soft skills training, instructional design, and e-learning
•  Hands-on experience with Moodle LMS or other Learning Management Systems
•  Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
