Job Description

The Deputy Manage Procurement is responsibe for managing the end-to-end international procurement of machinery, industrial equipment and genuine spare parts to support the organization’s operational and project requirements. The role focuses on global supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, import procurement, contract management and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality, cost efficiecy and compliance with company policies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete procuremetn cycle for imorted machinery, industrial equipment and spare parts.
  • Source and evaluate international manufacturers, OEMs, authorized distributors and global suppliers.
  • Obtain and analyze quotations and prepare commercial comparison reports.
  • Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, payment terms, lead times, warranties and contractual conditions.
  • Issue Purchase Orders and monitor execution until final delivery.
  • Develop strategic relationships with international suppliers and OEMs.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify new global suppliers.
  • Resolve quality, warranty, shortage and shipment issues.
  • Idendify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing.
  • Maintaince procurement records, contracts and supplier agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international trad regulations.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical Team, Imports and Warehouse Teams.
  • Supervise procurement staff and provide guidance on international sourcing.

Skills

  • International sourcing and customs procedures.
  • Proficient in English Communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mecanical Engineering, Electrical Engireering, Business Administration or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 6-8 years in international procurement of machinery, industrial equipment and spare parts.
  • 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with import procurement and OEM/Vendor Management.
