DEPUTY MANAGER-INVENTORY STORES

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists the manager in leasding store team to ensure uninterrupted material availabilty for plant operations.
• Oversee accurate receipt, inspection, storage and issuance for over 30,000 inventory item.
• Manage ERP inventory transactions maintian inventory accuracy and enure reconcilation between physical stock and system records.
• Monitors stock levels, including critical spares, coal, AFR, fuels and bulk inventories, while identifying slow-moving and obsolete items.
• Leads periodic cycle counts, handle audit reconciliations and maintains ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Ensure safe storage of hazardous materials while coordinating with Procurement, Finance and Users Departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: Master/Bachelors in Business or Supply Chain
• Experience: 10-12 Years of relevant work experinces at cement plants.
