REQUIREMENT:

• 2–3 years of coding experience across multiple specialties
• CPC, COC, or equivalent certification (AACP/AHIMA) with ongoing learning
• Proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and EMR/EHR systems
• Good understanding of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and CMS regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience in chart audits, claim resolution, and mentoring junior coders
