Recruitment & HR Development Officer – Junior (M/F)

Job Description

As part of the reinforcement of our HR team, we are looking for a Junior HR Recruitment & Development Officer.

Main missions:

• Manage the recruitment process (sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, integration).
• Participate in the development of skills and the follow-up of training.
• Contribute to HR development projects and internal communication.
• Ensure the follow-up of employees and participate in the various HR projects.

Profile sought:

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
• A first experience (internship, work-study or employment) in recruitment or HR development is appreciated.
• Good communication skills, organizational skills and team spirit.
• Proficiency in office tools.
• Junior profiles are welcome.
