About the Job

Stock Verification & Reconciliation: Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with system records, highlighting and investigating variances.

Audit Compliance & SOP Monitoring: Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs including receiving, transfers, returns, and stock handling procedures.

Shrinkage Control & Risk Identification: Monitor inventory losses, identify potential risks (theft, errors, process gaps), and report findings.
Audit Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports, document discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordination & Issue Resolution: Liaise with store, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in a relevant field
  • Business Travel: Extensive travel required for store audit visit

Skills

  • Basic understanding of inventory management and audit processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
