Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Officer to join our factory operations team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a manufacturing/factory environment and be capable of handling day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily factory administrative operations.
– Coordinate and deal effectively with labor and workforce-related matters.
– Monitor and control factory wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
– Supervise housekeeping, security, and general facility management.
– Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth factory operations.
– Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace discipline.
Requirements:
– Minimum 4 years of experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
– Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
– Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to handle labor-related issues professionally.
– Good knowledge of MS Office.
