Fatima Memorial Hospital, Shadman Lahore is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join our Human Resource Team. The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure effective implementation  of HR Policies, and contribute to a positive and complaint work environment.

This role requires Strong HR Expertise, Particularly within the healthcare sector. Candidates with tertairy care hospital experience will be preferred.

 

Key Responsibilties:

  • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, confirmatios, transfer and separations.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee attendance mangement, leave processing, and payroll coordination with Finance.
  • Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR service delivery.
  • Assist in implementing and managing the performance appraisal system.
  • Ensure effective implementaion of HR policies, SOPs and processes across FMH.
  • Support accreditation and audit requireemnts (PMDC, PHC, ISO, etc).
  • Ensure Compliance with healthcare regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resource Mangement (Master’s Degree Preferred)
  • Minimum 3 Years  of relevant HR Experience.
  • Healthcare industy experience is mandatory.
  • Candidates with tertiary care hospital experince will be given preference.
