Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good personality, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English and Microsoft Excel.
• Target-oriented, creative, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Valid driving license (SIM A).
• Willing to work anywhere in Indonesia.
• Willing to attend the selection process in Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, or Makassar.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales activity plans.
• Implement and monitor sales activities.
• Lead, coach, and direct the sales team to achieve sales targets.
