We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our growth across the UAE. If you have a proven track record in the toys industry, a strong understanding of the UAE retail landscape, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage sales operations across the UAE
- Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and revenue
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results
- Represent Playsmart and our global brands with professionalism and commercial excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Mandatory experience in the toys industry
- Proven success in sales leadership and business development
- Strong knowledge of the UAE retail and distribution market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
