Job Description

At Sorrel Foods Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a Social Media / Community Executive to manage engagement, influencers, comments, and direct messages while building strong relationships with our audience. This role represents the brand’s voice on social media, ensuring authentic communication aligned with Sorrel Foods’ values and creating meaningful connections with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or community management.
  • Demonstrated experience in growing and engaging social media communities.
  • Experience in influencer marketing is preferred.
  • Portfolio showcasing social media work or community management projects.
  • Manage day-to-day social media engagement, including comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brand followers and customers.
  • Identify and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers.
