Job Description

T.M. Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Operations & Compensation Specialist to join our HR team. We seek someone good with numbers, well-versed in labor laws, with hands-on experience in managing payroll and benefits with accuracy and confidentiality.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Payroll Analysis & Processing.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration.
  • EOBI, SESSI & PESSI Handling.
  • Employee Health & Life Insurance Management + Provident Fund Compliance.
  • Assist in HR operational tasks and employee efficiency.

Requirements

Education

Minimum Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred).

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll & Compensation.

Certifications
Certification in Advanced Excel skills (must).

Skills
Must have experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Handling ERP, SAP, or Odoo will be considered a plus.
