HSE Officer

Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in refinery / oil & gas operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and process safety principles.
• Experience with HSE inspections, risk assessments, PTW, LOTO, confined space, and emergency response.
• Knowledge of hydrocarbon hazards, H₂S, fire & gas systems, and refinery operations.
• Understanding of HSE procedures, incident reporting, and safety compliance.
• NEBOSH / IOSH or relevant HSE certifications are preferred.
