Job Description

ECCI is expanding our production team and looking for skilled, hands-on Production Operators to join our aerospace & defence interconnect manufacturing operations.

If you have experience working with precision cable assemblies and high-reliability manufacturing, we would like to hear from you.

Skills & experience we value:

  • Cable harness assembly & workmanship
  • Crimping, soldering & wire preparation
  • Reading & interpreting technical drawings
  • Connector assembly & termination
  • Cable routing, sleeving, shielding & protection
  • Inspection, testing & quality awareness
  • Experience with precision tools and controlled manufacturing processes
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 experience is an advantage
