Are you detail-oriented and experienced in inventory management? Join Namuve as a Store Keeper and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our short-term rental apartments by maintaining efficient inventory control and timely stock availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of housekeeping supplies, guest amenities, linens, towels, cleaning materials, maintenance items, and other inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
- Process inventory requests and ensure timely issuance of supplies to housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation practices for consumable items to minimize waste and prevent expiry.
- Keep the storage area organized, clean, properly labeled, and compliant with company standards.
- Maintain accurate stock movement records, including receipts, issue logs, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement team when replenishment is required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (additional certifications in logistics, inventory, or supply chain management are a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the hospitality, property management, hotel, or short-term rental industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
