• Manage, supervise, and analyze issues within the production process.
• Ensure production activities comply with the company’s quality standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma IV (D4) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical
• Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, 5R, ISO, and FSSC standards.
• Willing to work in a shift system.
