ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Warehouse Superivsor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all processes related to receiving , storing and dispatching goods run efficeitly and safely. The role includes managing warehouse staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety standards and optimizing workflow for maximum productivity.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hand-on WMS proficiency executing and troubleshooting put away, packing, replenishment and stock adjustment transactions.
- Proven shift management experience manpawer planning, task allocation, break scheduling, overtime control, and shipf handover reporting to ensure continuous operations.
- Strong inventory control execution leading daily cycle counts, investigating and reconsiling stock discrepancies, managing bin accuracy and enforcing FIFO/FEFO Rotation on the floor.
- Direct supervision of inbound/outbound operation dock scheduling, unloading/loading supervision, receiving inspection (Quantity/Quality/Damage Checks) and dispatch accuracy verification.
- Ability to monitor and act on shipf-level KPI’s picks per hour, order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, on-time dispatch and abenteeism along with daily reporting to the warehouse manager.
- Working knowledge of MHE Operation and safety.
- Floor level HSE enforcement experience.
- Competence in training and developing operators onboarding new hires, cross-training on task/equipment, performance feedback and disciplinary escalation when required.
- Solid exce skills for shipf reports, manpower trackers and productivity summaries.
REQUITEMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/High School.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in warhouse operation with atleast.
- 2 Years in a supervisory Role.
- Familirity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic ERP software.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics.
- Leadership abililties, problem solving skills.
- Proficienty in English and Arabic Languages
